All of them offer a fine view on the garden or on the orchard, they are furnished in a simple and agreeable way, with mostly Sardinian element s of handicrafts, bedcovers, carpets, curtains and, on the walls, they are murals painted by a Milanese painter.

In every season, guests can enjoy in their room the song of the birds. In the moment of maximum affluence, there is the possibility to add another modern and nicely furnished accommodation, still with the possibility to eat in the main structure. Who wants can have a room breakfast, with local and homemade products such as bread, ricotta, Sardinian biscuits, jam, butter, milk and fruits.

Nearly all the food and drinks offered in the Giardino di Valentina are locally produced: the meat, for example, comes from animals which feed only on natural food.

The law of the house is that first of all, we have to use Sardinian products, but only those whose genuine provenance and quality are guaranteed (honey, oil and wine come from my orchard). The local oil, which is produced biologically, has extraordinary and recognized organoleptic qualities. When it is possible, I cook biological bread in a wood oven.
